Cancellations
and Insurance
In
the event of accommodation which has been booked being cancelled,
we wish to draw your attention to the fact that we have
a right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting
from a cancellation or no show. We would require 48 hours
notice of any cancellation so that we can try to re-let
the room. So we highly recommend taking out adequate holiday
insurance when booking your holiday with us to cover unforeseen
circumstances.
Arrival
Rooms are available from 4pm on the day
of arrival. However, this can be flexible provided you have
given prior notice. We are the only 4* Bed & Breakfast
in Mevagissey with these amazing sea views AND free on site
parking and having driven through the narrow streets you
will be glad to be able to park your car right outside!
Once you find us just un-hook one of the chains in the car
bay, then park and relax!
Special note: We are unable to accept children
or any pets. The new Government legislation makes smoking
illegal in the house, however smoking on the patio or balcony
is permitted and is for shared use.
